为实现枸杞采摘过程的降本增效,提高枸杞采摘的标准化和规范化,设计研发一种低损伤、高效率的枸杞采收机.对枸杞采收机的动力行走装置、振动采摘装置、倾斜收集装置、两级输送装置、风机清选装置和机架承载装置进行设计.并使用Solid Works软件对低损伤枸杞采收机虚拟样机进行了三维建模,以及计算整机所需功率,确定柴油发电机的功率为24 kW.该机为提高枸杞产业的市场竞争力,解决枸杞采摘行业劳动力短缺的问题提供解决思路,同时也可促进顶生小浆果采收领域的技术创新和发展,为顶生小林果全过程机械化设计提供研究参考,具有非常重要的现实意义和应用价值.
Design of Low Damage Wolfberry Harvester
In order to reduce the cost and increase the efficiency of wolfberry picking,and improve the standardiza-tion and normalization of wolfberry picking,a wolfberry harvester with low damage and high efficiency was designed and developed.The power walking device,vibrating picking device,inclined collection device,two-stage conveying device,fan cleaning device and frame bearing device of wolfberry harvester were designed.The virtual prototype of the low-damage wolfberry harvester was modeled in 3D and calculated by Solid Works software,and the power re-quired for the whole machine was calculated,and the power of the diesel generator was determined to be 24 kW.The machine can improve the market competitiveness of the wolfberry industry,provide a solution to the problem of labor shortage in the wolfberry picking industry,promote the technological innovation and development in the field of apical berry harvesting,and provide a research reference for the mechanization design of the whole process of apical fruit,which has very important practical significance and application value.
