针对目前我国油橄榄果实机械化收获水平低的现状,设计了一种适合于丘陵地区的油橄榄采收机.对整机和关键部件的结构进行选型和设计计算,并对振动采收的核心部件偏心块进行了有限元分析.结果表明,偏心块在静载荷下,最大位移为1.7×10-5 mm、最大应力为3.251 4 MPa,偏心块承受的应力应变均满足设计要求;有限元模态分析得到的偏心块六阶固有频率偏心块的固有频率都在4 000 Hz以上,远大于油橄榄树的固有频率和收获机工作过程中的振动频率,因此油橄榄收获机在工作过程中,不会引发共振损伤机械,且具有良好的稳定性和安全性.研究可为实现油橄榄机械化收获提供参考.
Design of Olive Harvester
Aiming at the current status quo of low level of mechanized harvesting of olive fruits in China,a kind of ol-ive harvesting machine suitable for low mountain valley area is designed.The whole machine and the structure of key components are selected and designed and calculated,and the eccentric block,the core component of the vibration harvesting,is analyzed by finite element.The results show that under static load,the maximum displacement of the eccentric block is 1.7×10-5 mm,the maximum stress is 3.251 4 MPa,and the stress-strain of the eccentric block meets the design requirements;the sixth-order intrinsic frequency of the eccentric block obtained by finite element modal analysis is above 4 000 Hz,which is much larger than the intrinsic frequency of the olive tree and the vibra-tion frequency of the harvester during the working process,so the olive harvester will not cause resonance during the working process.Therefore,the olive harvester will not cause resonance damage to the machinery during the working process,and has good stability and safety.The study can provide a reference for the mechanization of olive harvesting.
