Structural Design and Performance Analysis of Wind Power Fire Extinguishing Remote Control Machine based on Rotary Opening and Closing Structure
As an innovative form of ground fire extinguishing equipment,the wind-powered fire extinguishing remote control machine has the characteristics of strong mobility,remote operation and rapid response,which can operate flexibly in complex fire environments,which greatly improves the efficiency and safety of fire extinguishing.In order to explore the role and function of the wind-powered fire extinguishing remote control in dealing with forest and grassland surface fires,the structural design of the wind-powered fire extinguishing remote control was carried out,and the influence of the installation position and opening size of the rotary opening and closing structure on the outlet wind speed was analyzed.The fluid simulation of the wind fire extinguisher was carried out by Fluent software,and the simulation data was processed by the Design Expert software,and the response surface and quadratic model of position S and opening size d to the average wind speed and the maximum wind speed at the outlet were established.The results show that the installation position and opening size are important influencing factors of outlet wind speed,when the wind speed at the inlet of the duct is set to 70m/s,the opening size of the rotary opening and closing struc-ture is 30mm,and the installation position is 5,the average outlet wind speed and the maximum outlet wind speed reach the maximum,which are 97.7551m/s and 290.001m/s,respectively.Compared with the size of the opening,the installation position has a greater impact on the average wind speed of the outlet and the maximum wind speed of the outlet,and the closer the installation position is to the outlet of the wind turbine,the better the fire extinguishing performance of the wind extinguisher.
