Structure Design and Simulation Analysis of Loading and Unloading Mechanical Arm of Cast Iron Grinding Workstation
Aiming at the low loading and unloading efficiency of cast iron grinding workstation,a five-degree-of-freedom loading and unloading mechanical arm is designed.SolidWorks software was used to draw the 3D model of the loading and unloading robot arm and complete the assembly process, and D-H parameter method was used to es-tablish its mathematical model, and Monte Carlo method was used to solve the working space of the robot arm in MATLAB software. Finally, the static simulation analysis of the base and the big arm of the loading and unloading manipulator was carried out in Ansys Workbench software.According to the cloud image obtained from the simulation analysis, the strength and stiffness of the structure of the base and the big arm met the design requirements, which provided a theoretical basis for the subsequent lightweight design of the structure.
