Optimisation of Structural Design of Sanding Robot Arm Based on Topology Optimisation
The robot is mounted on the crossbeam of the table using the flip-flop method,thus ensuring the safety of the flip-flop installation,but the weight of the flip-flop robot is not easy to be too heavy.In order to reduce the weight of the inverted robot,this paper takes the inverted robot as the research object,and the topology optimisation of the base,waist and arm of the inverted robot is carried out in ANSYS Workbench,so as to optimise the distribu-tion of the material,reduce the weight of the components and improve the dynamic performance of the inverted robot.After optimisation,the weight of the inverted robot is reduced by 12.37%,which meets the lightweight design re-quirements of the inverted robot structure.
