Research on the Creation Strategy and Evaluation System of Wooden Furniture Green Factory under the Background of"Dual Carbon"
In the macro background of the national'double carbon'goal,the construction of wood furniture green factory aims to achieve low-carbon production,reduce the environmental burden,improve the economic efficiency of enterprises and social image,and promote China's wood furniture manufacturing industry to achieve green develop-ment,and promote the green transformation of the industry.The creation of green factories is a complex and system-atic project,and the light industry standard'Evaluation Requirements for Wooden Furniture Green Factories'is set up to guide and regulate the production behaviour of enterprises through a series of evaluation indexes,such as car-bon emissions per unit of product,carbon footprints and environmental pollution,so as to make them fit with the goals of carbon peak and carbon neutrality.Based on the policy background of green factories,this study explores strategies to assist wood furniture enterprises to create green factories in terms of infrastructure,management systems,energy resource inputs and product requirements in accordance with the Evaluation Requirements for Green Factories for Wood Furniture.Through the detailed analysis of a series of quantitative indicators of the standard and the study of the evaluation system,the study puts forward the improvement suggestions of the enterprises in the aspects of fac-tory planning,equipment energy efficiency,energy structure,emission control and green design,as well as the ref-erence direction of the industry to enhance the cooperation,with a view to promoting the green and low-carbon de-velopment of the wood furniture industry,and assisting in the realisation of the goal of'dual-carbon'.
