摘要

以稻草、聚氨酯胶粘剂为原料,利用建模设计构建试验,将整根稻草热压成轻质稻草板.通过对板材性能的检测,分析影响产品性能的主要因子,建立部分性能的数学模型,得到了 2组最优配比.结果表明,利用整根稻草和聚氨酯胶粘剂制造轻质稻草板是可行的,制造的轻质稻草板密度范围在0.14~0.28 g/cm3.

Abstract

A model was designed to construct an experiment to heat-press the entire straw stalk into a lightweight straw board using straw and polyurethane adhesive.The performance of the board was tested,and main factors affect-ing on its performance were analyzed.A mathematical model was established for some of the performance indicators,and two optimal formulations were obtained.It is feasible to manufacture lightweight straw boards using whole straw and polyurethane adhesive,and range of density is 0.14 g/cm3~0.28 g/cm3 while manufacturing lightweight straw boards.
