基于机器视觉的圆茄果实大小分类研究

在茄子的生产销售中,做好茄子的分级工作十分重要.采用CCD相机获取圆茄图像,应用OpenCV、Python开发环境对获取到的圆茄图像进行处理,进行HSV模型转换并加权处理、降噪处理、二值化图像分割、形态学处理以及边缘检测,对得到的边缘检测图像进行圆形度和果径的长度计算,根据圆茄的果径大小进行圆茄等级的分级.研究表明,基于机器视觉技术的检测方法能够很好地对圆茄大小进行区分,能够有效满足圆茄的分级要求.
Research on the Size Classification of Round Solanum Fruit Based on Machine Vision
In the production and sale of eggplant,it is very important to do a good job in the classification of egg-plant,so the size of round eggplant was studied in this paper.The OpenCV and Python development environment was applied to process the acquired nightshade image,the CCD camera was used to obtain the nightshade image,the HSV model was converted to the nightshade image,and weighted processing,noise reduction processing,binary im-age segmentation,morphology processing and edge detection were carried out.The roundiness and fruit diameter length of the obtained edge detection image were calculated.According to the size of the fruit diameter of the round eggplant grades are graded.The research shows that the detection method based on machine vision technology can distinguish the size of round nightshade well,and can effectively meet the grading requirements of round nightshade.
