Through investigation and research on county-level nature reserves inHeilongjiang Province,this article analyzes and summarizes the specific practical situation,achievements,and shortcomings of the operation and management of county-level nature reserves in cities.At the same time,corresponding protection and management measures such as strengthening the construction of nature reserve management institutions and teams,boundary demarcation and marking,strengthening supervision and assessment,and establishing a sound and complete monitoring system are proposed.
