摘要
通过分析昆明市林草种苗的发展现状,针对管理机构不健全,政策、资金支持不足,技术力量薄弱等问题,提出健全种苗管理机构、加大资金扶持、强化技术支撑、创新管理方式、加强部门联动、信息交流和宣传引导等方面发展的对策.
Abstract
By analyzing the current development status of forest and grass seedlings in Kunming City,and addressing the problems of incomplete management institutions,insufficient policy and financial sup-port,and weak technical strength,this paper proposes development strategies such as improving seedling management institutions,increasing financial support,strengthening technical support,innovating man-agement methods,strengthening departmental linkage,information exchange,and propaganda guidance.
