国有林场是重要的生态安全屏障和森林资源培育战略基地.浙江省台州市黄岩区大寺基未来国有林场实践贯穿生态化、数字化和人本化3条主线,打开"绿水青山就是金山银山"的转化通道,因地制宜打造生态、碳汇、智慧、治理、产业、景观、文化、交通和共富9大未来场景.提出国有林场可持续经营是森林资源可持续经营、人力资源可持续发展和社会经济资源可持续发展等的综合体现,是森林生态系统与社会经济系统的耦合.
Abstract
State owned forest farms are important ecological security barriers and strategic bases for cul-tivating forest resources.The practice of Dasiji Future State owned Forest Farm in Huangyan District,Taizhou City,Zhejiang Province runs through three main lines:ecological,digital,and people-orien-ted.It opens up a transformation channel where green mountains and clear waters are like mountains of gold and silver,and creates nine future scenarios based on local conditions,including ecology,carbon sequestration,wisdom,governance,industry,landscape,culture,transportation,and common prosperi-ty.The sustainable management of state-owned forest farms is a comprehensive reflection of sustainable management of forest resources,sustainable development of human resources,and sustainable develop-ment of socio-economic resources.It is the coupling of forest ecosystem and socio-economic system.
