摘要
根据黑龙江省饶河县第一次全国自然灾害综合风险普查工作的成果,全面掌握森林和草原火灾风险隐患,及重点区域抗灾能力等情况.结合饶河县森林和草原火灾风险的实际情况,给出提高自然灾害综合防治能力、做好森林和草原防火工作的建议.
Abstract
Based on the results of the first national comprehensive natural disaster risk survey in Raohe County Heilongjiang Province,a comprehensive understanding of forest and grassland fire risk hazards,as well as the disaster resistance capacity of key areas,has been obtained.Based on the actual situation of forest and grassland fire risks in Raohe County,provide suggestions for improving the compre-hensive prevention and control capacity of natural disasters and doing a good job in forest and grassland fire prevention.
