摘要
黑龙江拥有得天独厚的优质生态资源和冰雪资源,是全国最适合发展森林冰雪旅游的区域.黑龙江积极响应国家政策,发展森林冰雪文化旅游,不断丰富发展经济和保护生态之间的辩证关系,在实践中将"绿水青山就是金山银山,冰天雪地也是金山银山"化为生动的现实.分析黑龙江发展森林冰雪文化旅游的优势和必要性,立足黑龙江森林冰雪旅游面临的困境,提出黑龙江森林冰雪文化旅游发展策略.在面临国内外旅游市场的巨大竞争压力下,寻找黑龙江发展特色旅游之路,全力打造竞争力强、美誉度高的森林冰雪文化旅游品牌.
Abstract
Heilongjiang has unique high-quality ecological resources and ice and snow resources,mak-ing it the most suitable region for developing forest ice and snow tourism in China.Heilongjiang actively responds to national policies,develops forest,ice and snow cultural tourism,and continuously enriches the dialectical relationship between economic development and ecological protection.In practice,it turns"green mountains and clear waters are like mountains of gold and silver,and ice and snow are like mountains of gold and silver"into a vivid reality.Analyze the advantages and necessity of developing for-est ice and snow cultural tourism in Heilongjiang,based on the difficulties faced by forest ice and snow tourism in Heilongjiang,and propose development strategies for forest ice and snow cultural tourism in Heilongjiang.Faced with enormous competition pressure in the domestic and international tourism mar-kets,we are seeking the path of developing characteristic tourism in Heilongjiang and striving to build a competitive and highly reputable forest ice and snow cultural tourism brand.
