摘要
哈尔滨做为中国东北北部政治、经济、文化中心,由于工业化发展迅速,现已成为中国空气污染严重的城市之一.利用城市森林建设是消减雾霾并保持城市生态文明可持续性发展的方法之一.基于SWOT分析,从4个角度(优势、劣势、机遇、威胁)探讨哈尔滨城市森林建设,尽管生态环境优势、经济发展优势、林业资源优势、城市森林生态网络建设、市民重视生态环境和生态建设机遇给城市森林建设带来积极的影响,但是林业经济效益不显著、城市绿化质量低和本土树种结合难以高效地净化空气污染也给哈尔滨城市森林建设带来挑战.
Abstract
As the political,economic,and cultural center of northern Northeast China,Harbin has rap-idly industrialized,leading to it becoming one of the cities with severe air pollution in China.Urban for-est construction is one of the methods to reduce smog and maintain the sustainable development of urban ecological civilization.Based on a SWOT analysis,this paper explores the urban forest construction in Harbin from four perspectives:strengths,weaknesses,opportunities,and threats.Despite the positive influences brought by ecological environment advantages,economic development advantages,forestry re-source advantages,urban forest ecological network construction,public attention to the ecological envi-ronment,and opportunities for ecological construction,Harbin's urban forest construction faces challen-ges such as insignificant forestry economic benefits,low quality of urban greening,and the difficulty of effectively combining native tree species to purify air pollution.
