Effects of different cultivated media on growth of container seedlings of Camellia oleifera grafted in emergent stocks
Total 24 different combinations of cultivated medium were designed and used for cultivation experiment of container seedlings of Camellia oleifera grafted in emergent stocks. The survival rate, shooting rate and shooting growth index of the container seedlings were analyzed. The result showed that the survival rate of container seedlings was over 80% , shooting rate was over 70% and the seedling quality reached national II grade, when the seedlings were grown in the No. 24, No. 3 and No. 2 cultivated medium regime. The selection of cultivated medium was a key influence factor for container seedlings of Camellia oleifera grafted in emergent stocks and the selected medium could be applied in practice.
