微生物菌剂对银杏残叶-猪粪堆肥过程的影响

以30%银杏残叶与猪粪作为堆肥原料,秸秆作为调理剂,研究微生物菌剂添加与否对堆肥过程及效果的影响.结果表明,高温阶段(>55℃)可维持7d左右,添加一定量的微生物菌剂可缩短堆肥腐熟时间;在堆肥过程中,pH、有机质含量和全氮含量总体呈下降趋势,全磷和全钾含量在堆肥结束时有一定程度的增加;在堆制21 d时,种子发芽指数达到50%以上,说明已基本达到腐熟.
Effect of addition of microbial inoculants on co-composting of ginkgo used leaves with pig manure and wheat straw
The windrow composting mode with file-turning was selected to study the effect of addition of microbial inoculants on co-composting of ginkgo used leaves with pig manure and wheat straw.The results showed that microbial inoculants addition could promote maturity of the compost,as evidenced by the highest pile temperature (>61.2 ℃) and the longest duration of high-temperature period (one week above 55 ℃).As composting proceeded, the content of pH value, total organic matter and total nitrogen decreased, while the total phosphorus and potassium increased to a certain degree.At 21 days, the index of germination was above 50%, which indicated that pile was maturity.
