实木家具力学性能与选材指标分析

框架结构实木家具构件在外载荷作用下会产生内应力,在构件和结点处的表现形式和大小不同。将实木家具构件按结构分成支承型和连接型构件,并进行力学性能分析,结果表明:不同构件受力情况不同,对木材硬度、尺寸稳定性、握钉力等要求也不同。确定了不同构件各性能间的相对重要性,并在家具常用树种力学性能分析基础上,对木材各性能进行了等级划分,为实木家具选材提出了性能要求和指标建议,实现木材在实木家具中的合理利用。
Building of wood selecting index for solid wood furniture based on mechanical property analysis
External loading may induce internal stress in components of solid wood furniture.The pattern and value of the stress are different between components and their nodes.In this study, solid wood furniture components are classified as supporting and connective ones, and mechanical analyses were performed on them.The results showed that the requirements on wood hardness,dimensional stability and screw holding strength were different for different components.The relative importance of different mechanical strengths in furniture components was determined, and the mechanical performance was graded by means of mechanical analyses on popular wood species, which can propose mechanical property index for the raw material selecting of solid wood furniture, and to realize the proper use of different wood species.
