Investigation and Evaluation on Spatial Suitability of Afforestation and Greening in Yunnan Province——Take Dali Prefecture as anExample
Combining GIS,the national, provincial, and county(city, district)self extracted supplementary patches issued were in-vestigated,evaluated,and analyzed based on the land use evaluation scope indicators and survey evaluation indicators to determine whether they are suitable for inclusion in afforestation and greening spaces. The forest coverage rate and forest land retention targets in Dali Prefecture were proposed. The results showed that:(1)49 887 patches were included in afforestation and greening spaces, with an area of 105 485.29 hm2;(2)On the basis of the forest area of 1 874 676.52 hm2 and forest coverage rate of 58.07%in Dali Prefec-ture in 2020,the Natural Resources and Planning Bureau of Dali Prefecture and the Forestry and Grassland Bureau of Dali Prefecture jointly studied and proposed the goals for forest coverage and forest retention in Dali Prefecture:by the end of 2020 to 2025,the forest land conservation amount is 124 428.06 hm2,the forest coverage rate is 58.75%,and by the end of 2025 to 2030,the forest land con-servation amount is 123 935.7 hm2,and the forest coverage rate is 59.39%;The forest land ownership from 2030 to 2035 is 123 478.55 hectares, with a forest coverage rate of 60.02%.In response to the inconsistency between the"one map"of forest resource management and the current situation of land types in the"three national land adjustments",the need for artificial afforestation and restoration in the forest and grass sectors, natural disasters and human destruction, and the fragmentation of land plots, corresponding suggestions are proposed to provide reference for the investigation and evaluation of afforestation and greening spaces.
