探究在不同处理下园林废弃物堆肥的分解程度,为园林废弃物的快速降解提供有效途径.堆体设CK(园林废弃物)、T1(羊粪+园林废弃物+菌剂)、T2(鸡粪+园林废弃物+菌剂)三个处理.常规监测堆体温度,每隔 5d进行取样,对纤维素、半纤维素、木质素、有机质、全钾、全磷、全氮含量测定.温度结果表明,除对照处理最高温度只有48.8℃,未达到国家高温期标准(55℃)外,其他堆肥处理都进入高温发酵阶段,在第10d时T1 温度达到最高值60.4℃,T2 在第11d时温度达到最大值59.0℃.在堆肥过程中C/N、有机质含量均呈递减趋势,最后基本保持不变.对照组的 C/N比只有 21,不能满足堆肥腐烂程度的要求.处理一和处理二的C/N分别分别下降了 48%、46%.有机质含量降幅分别为45.77%、54.05%.堆肥后期全氮、全磷和全钾含量显著高于初始阶段,全氮分别增加了 26.76%、28.04%、32.17%.全磷含量增长率分别为 5%、6.67%、7.96%.全钾含量增幅分别为 4.08%、7.07%、6.43%.纤维素、半纤维素和木质素随着堆肥时间的增加含量逐渐减少,最后趋于稳定.各处理的纤维素降解率分别为 22.31%、47.16%和 48.51%.半纤维素降解率分别为 18.46%、22.32%和 23.88%.木质素降解率分别为 12.40%、41.05%和 40.08%.该试验对园林废弃物进行不同堆肥处理,发现添加畜禽粪便和腐熟菌剂可以很大程度提高堆体养分变化以及纤维素、木质素和半纤维素的降解.堆肥腐熟后的产品已达到无害化和资源化处理要求,为园林废弃物的资源化利用提供参考依据.
Research on the Composting Effect of Garden Waste
To explore the decomposition degree of compost of garden waste under different treatments,and to provide an effective way for the rapid degradation of garden waste.The pile is treated with three treatments:CK(garden waste),T1(sheep manure+garden waste+Microbial inoculant),and T2(chicken manure+garden waste+Microbial inoculant).The temperature of the reactor was rou-tinely monitored,and samples were taken every 5 days to determine the contents of cellulose,hemicellulose,lignin,organic matter,total potassium,total phosphorus and total nitrogen.The temperature results showed that except for the control treatment,the maximum temperature was only 48.8℃,which did not reach the national high temperature period standard(55℃),other compost treatments en-tered the high-temperature fermentation stage,and the T1 temperature reached the highest value of 60.4℃ at the 10th d,and the tem-perature of T2 reached the maximum value of 59.0℃ at the 11th d.In the composting process,the C/N and organic matter contents showed a decreasing trend,and finally remained basically unchanged.The C/N ratio of the control group was only 21,which could not meet the requirements of compost decay.The C/N of Treatment 1 and Treatment 2 decreased by 48%and 46%,respectively.The de-crease in organic matter content was 45.77%and 54.05%.The contents of total nitrogen,total phosphorus and total potassium in the later stage of composting were significantly higher than those in the initial stage,and total nitrogen increased by 26.76%,28.04%and 32.17%.The growth rates of total phosphorus content were 5%,6.67%and 7.96%.The total potassium content increased by 4.08%,7.07%and 6.43%.The content of cellulose,hemicellulose and lignin gradually decreases with the increase of composting time and fi-nally stabilizes.The degradation rates of cellulose in each treatment were 22.31%,47.16%and 48.51%,respectively.The degradation rates of hemicellulose were 18.46%,22.32%and 23.88%.The degradation rates of lignin were 12.40%,41.05%and 40.08%,re-spectively.In this experiment,different composting treatments were carried out on garden waste,and it was found that the addition of livestock and poultry manure and decay fungi could greatly improve the nutrient change of the reactor and the degradation of cellulose,lignin and hemicellulose.The compost and rotten products have met the requirements of harmless and resource treatment,providing a reference for the resource utilization of garden waste.
