Correlation between Vegetation Diversity and Soil Physical and Chemical Properties in Poplar Shelterbelt in Shuozhou
To analyze the correlation between vegetation diversity and soil physical and chemical properties. Methods The spacing of 5m,10m,and 15m.Results:①Vegetation diversity:the size of belt spacing has a significant impact on the vegetation diversity of leaf-let poplar shelterbelt,In the natural state of the vegetation,Vegetation diversity and community stability showed 15m band spacing>10m>5m(P<0.05);②Soil physical and chemical properties:with the increase of band spacing,Soil physicochemical properties(or-ganic carbon, total nitrogen,SAP and potassium)were 15m>10m>5m(P<0.05),The soil capacity weight is the opposite,The per-formance was 15m<10m<5m(P<0.05);③Correlation:Vegetation diversity and soil physical and chemical properties are mutually re-inforcing.Soil bulk density is significantly negatively correlated with species diversity index, while soil physical and chemical properties of organic carbon, total nitrogen and available phosphorus are significantly positively correlated with species diversity index, while a-vailable phosphorus is not significantly correlated. The experimental results show that in the leaflet shelterbelt, appropriately increasing the spacing of the shelterbelt is helpful to improve the vegetation diversity, enhance the community stability, and improve the soil phys-ical and chemical properties, with the best effect of 15 m.
