不同长势沙枣对沧州滨海盐碱地区土壤改良的影响

为促进沧州市盐碱地改良发展,以沙枣为试验材料,分析不同长势沙枣对盐碱地土壤改良产生的影响.方法 以五年生沙枣为试验材料,按照沙枣长势优劣将其分为T1、T2、T3 三组分别进行田间试验,比较不同长势沙枣对盐碱地pH值、土壤微量元素含量和土壤微生物数量的影响.结果:①pH值:沙枣可有效降低土壤pH值,以T1 组对pH值影响最为显著,组间比较有差异(P<0.05);②土壤微量元素:T1 组氮、磷、铁、锌、钾等微量元素含量明显高于T2 组和T3 组,组间比较差异显著(P<0.05);③土壤微生物数量:细菌数量T1 组>T2 组>T3 组,真菌数量T1 组<T2 组<T3 组,组间比较有差异(P<0.05).结论沙枣对改良盐碱地区土壤有显著作用,可降低土壤pH值,提高土壤养分含量,且不同长势沙枣的改良效果也有较大差异,长势越良好的沙枣,对土壤改良效果越明显.
To promote the improvement and development of saline-alkali land in Cangzhou City,the effects of different growth of saline-alkali land on soil improvement were analyzed by using saline-alkali land jujube as experimental material.Methods:The five year old jujube was divided into three groups,T1,T2 and T3,according to the growth of jujube,and the effects of different growth of jujube on the pH value,the content of trace elements in soil and the number of soil microorganisms were compared.Results:①pH value:Jujube jujube could effectively reduce soil pH value,and T1 group had the most significant effect on pH value,and there was a difference a-mong groups(P<0.05);②Soil trace elements:the contents of nitrogen,phosphorus,iron,zinc,potassium and other trace elements in T1 group were significantly higher than those in T2 and T3 groups,and the differences among groups were significant(P<0.05).③The number of soil microorganisms:the number of bacteria in group T1>Group T2>group T3,the number of fungi in group T1<group T2<group T3,and there were significant differences among groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Jujube jujube has significant effect on soil improvement in saline-alkali area,which can reduce soil pH value and increase soil nutrient content,and the improvement effect of ju-jube jujube with different growth potential is also different,the better the growth of jujube jujube,the more obvious the soil improve-ment effect.
