Willow catkin is a common plant borne floating dust in Huairou District of Beijing in spring,which has caused a series of environmental and health problems due to its lightness and ease of dispersion.This article aims to explore effective measures for the pre-vention and control of willow catkins in order to reduce their impact.Through the research on the spreading mechanism,prevention and control methods and feasibility of willow catkins,a series of comprehensive prevention and control measures are proposed.These meas-ures need to comprehensively consider ecological restoration,technical means,environmental management and other aspects,aiming to provide reference for Huairou District and other similar areas.
