A Study on the Guiding Strategies of Ideological and Behavioral Guidance for College Students'Employment in the Province under the Background of Longjiang Revitalization
With the continuous and in-depth implementation of the Northeast revitalization strategy,Heilongjiang,as an important province in the Northeast region,is actively promoting comprehensive economic,social,and cultural revitalization and development.In the context of the revitalization of Longjiang,the employment of college students in the province is of great significance for the develop-ment of local economy,the improvement of talent reserves,and the enhancement of regional competitiveness.However,there are still many unfavorable factors that hinder the employment of college students in Heilongjiang Province.Therefore,this article aims to analyze these issues and propose ideological and behavioral guidance strategies to promote college students'employment in the province.
