Chinese path to modernization is the modernization of education first,and education power is an important supporting force for Chinese path to modernization.Social science plays a vital role in carrying forward the advanced socialist ideology and culture,guid-ing and educating college students to strengthen the"Confidence doctrine".From the current actual situation,the growth of the talent team of social science teachers in vocational colleges is not fully compatible with the responsibilities they should bear in the times.Therefore,vocational colleges should fully understand the importance and development laws of social science work,based on the profes-sional characteristics of social science,reform the training mechanism,continuously improve the level of social science teachers,and lay a good foundation for the construction of a high-quality education system.
