In order to promote the construction and development of university student union team,this paper through the analysis of or-ganizational behavior to the important influence of university student union team construction,and to form the student union organization structure,responsibilities distribution coordination,establish effective communication channels and information flow mode,promote the team and the development of the students team culture and common values,establish effective decision-making and problem solving mechanism to explore the key elements of university student union team construction,targeted to put forward the relevant practice strat-egy,In order to provide theoretical reference for research scholars in related fields.
