A Study on the Employment Psychology and Behavior of Henan Undergraduate Graduates under the Current Economy
Undergraduate graduates may encounter various psychological and behavioral problems during the employment process,which not only affect their employment choices and career development.This article uses an online questionnaire survey to select 6000 undergraduate graduates from Henan Province who graduated in 2023 and investigate their employment psychology and behavior,ulti-mately obtaining statistical data.Based on the analysis of statistical data and combined with the overall employment situation of under-graduate graduates in Henan Province,this paper proposes countermeasures and suggestions on how to alleviate employment pressure and enhance employment ability in response to the psychological and behavioral factors that affect graduates'employment.
