Research and Practice on the Cultivation Model of"Innovation and Entrepreneurship"Talents in Universities from the Perspective of"Craftsman Spirit"Cultivation
The values of striving for excellence and pursuing excellence contained in the spirit of craftsmanship,as well as the spirit of being brave in innovation and independent entrepreneurship emphasized in innovation and entrepreneurship,are all important qualities that contemporary college students should possess.However,there are still some problems in the cultivation of"innovation and entre-preneurship"talents in current universities,which need to be further explored and solved.Based on this,this article proposes specific strategic suggestions for integrating the"craftsman spirit"into the"innovation and entrepreneurship"talent cultivation mode in univer-sities,taking into account the current situation of talent cultivation in universities.
