The"five in one"talent training mode of Chinese pharmacy in higher vocational colleges featuring school enterprise coopera-tion and integration of production and education plays an important role in the cultivation of students'practical and innovative abilities,improvement of teachers'professional level,construction of teaching system,tackling key problems in enterprise science and technolo-gy,and local economic construction.The cultivation of Chinese pharmacy talents in higher vocational colleges must be based on its ex-isting problems,analyze its influencing factors,and jointly promote the practical innovation of the cultivation mode of Chinese pharmacy talents in higher vocational colleges from both theoretical and practical dimensions.Therefore,it is necessary to theoretically explore the necessity and basic ideas of establishing the training mode of Chinese pharmacy talents in higher vocational colleges under the background of integration of industry and education;It is also necessary to explore the basic strategy of the training mode of Chinese pharmacy talents in higher vocational colleges from the practical dimensions of the construction of the teaching staff,experimental teaching,practical teaching and assessment and employment system.
