Analysis and Study on Optimization and Adjustment of Public Welfare Forest in State-owned Haizhai Forest Farm of Qujing City
This paper analyzes and studies the optimization and adjustment of public welfare forest in state-owned haizhai forest farm of qujing city.Firstly,the natural environment and forest resources distribution of Haizhai Forest Farm were summarized,and the situation before optimization and adjustment of public welfare forest was pointed out.Then on this basis,according to the scope of"three adjust-ments"of land in 2021,the latest national and provincial public welfare forest data in 2020 and the vector data of"three adjustments"of land are superimposed and analyzed.On the premise of adhering to ecological priority and ensuring effective protection of forest land in important ecological location and fragile ecological condition,the optimization and adjustment of public welfare forest in Haizhai For-est Farm are analyzed in detail.Finally,the paper summarizes the results of optimization of public welfare forest in Haizhai Forest Farm,objectively analyzes the problems existing in the management process of public welfare forest,and puts forward corresponding reasonable suggestions,so that it can accurately support the compensation system of forest ecological benefits and give full play to the ecological benefits and social service functions of public welfare forest.
