不同生长促进剂对红豆杉幼苗生长影响研究

本研究探讨了赤霉素(GA3)、吲哚乙酸(IAA)和芸苔素内酯(BR)对红豆杉幼苗生长的影响.结果表明,不同浓度的GA3、IAA和BR对红豆杉幼苗的生长具有不同程度的促进作用.其中,GA3 浓度为 100 mg/L时,红豆杉幼苗的茎伸长最长,达到 12.5 cm;IAA浓度为 10 mg/L时,红豆杉幼苗的根系最长,达到 9.6 cm;BR浓度为 0.1 mg/L时,红豆杉幼苗的叶绿素含量最高,达到 0.35 mg/g.同时,GA3、IAA和BR对红豆杉幼苗生物量和氮磷钾元素含量也产生了一定的影响.综合考虑各种因素,GA3 浓度为100 mg/L,IAA浓度为10 mg/L,BR浓度为0.1 mg/L时,红豆杉幼苗的生长效果最佳.本研究为进一步了解不同生长促进剂对红豆杉幼苗生长的影响提供了理论依据和实践指导.
Effect of Different Growth Promoters on Seedling Growth of Taxus Chinensis
This study investigated the effects of gibberellin(GA3),indoacetate(IAA)and Brassinolide(BR)on the growth of Taxus seedlings.The results showed that different concentrations of GA3,IAA and BR promoted the growth of Taxus seedlings.Among them,when the GA3 concentration is 100 mg/L,the stem elongation is 12.5cm,at the IAA concentration is 10 mg/L,the root system is the longest,reaching 9.6cm;at the BR concentration is 0.1 mg/L,the chlorophyll content is the highest at 0.35mg/g.Meanwhile,GA3,IAA and BR also had some effects on the seedling biomass and nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium element content of Taxus chinensis.Con-sidering various factors,the yew seedlings grew best at 100 mg/L GA3,10 IAA 10 mg/L and BR 0.1 mg/L.This study provides theoreti-cal and practical guidance to further understand the effects of different growth promoters on seedling growth of R.chinensis.
