In order to effectively strengthen the construction and management of national public welfare forest in Bailongjiang Forest ar-ea,effectively protect the ecological environment and improve the overall regional construction level of public welfare forest,this paper combined with the actual situation of Bailongjiang forest area,The countermeasures and suggestions were put forward from the aspects of establishing and improving management structure,strengthening infrastructure,expanding capital sources,optimizing employment mechanism and establishing monitoring system of public welfare forest protection,so as to provide certain reference and reference for maintaining the ecological security of the land and promoting the sustainable development of the economy and society in the forest area.
