As an important forestry base in Tai'an City,Shandong Province,Feicheng Niushan Forest Farm has abundant forestry re-sources.However,in the current process of forestry resource management,there are some problems,such as a lack of scientific plan-ning and effective supervision,excessive resource development,and high pressure on forest fire prevention and pest control.These is-sues not only affect the development of forest farms,but also bring difficulties to the local forest ecological protection.The author con-ducted an in-depth investigation and analysis of the current management status of forestry resources in Feicheng Niushan Forest Farm through methods such as literature analysis and on-site investigation.Then,targeted optimization strategies and suggestions were pro-posed from strengthening scientific planning,rational development of forestry resources,and improving forest fire prevention and pest control capabilities.
