Since the reform and opening up in China,the economy has developed rapidly,the urbanization process has accelerated,and the construction of forest city clusters has also achieved certain achievements.However,with the continuous advancement of urban-ization,the construction of forest city clusters also faces many challenges.This article will discuss in detail the current situation,prob-lems,and countermeasures of China's forest urban agglomeration construction in the new era,and propose specific countermeasures and suggestions from optimizing the urban forest structure,strengthening urban forest management and maintenance,and promoting the con-struction of smart forest cities.
