The forest chief system is an innovative measure in the construction of ecological civilization by the country,and has been receiving people's attention since its trial implementation in 2017.After several years of exploration and development,the forest tenure system has played a very important role in protecting forest resources and maintaining natural ecological security boundaries.However,in practice,the problems that exist in the forest tenure system have gradually emerged.Based on this,the article analyzes the main problems in the current implementation of the forest tenure system and proposes targeted improvement strategies.
