Research on Rural Vitality Evaluation and Optimization Strategy in Xiangtan County
Rural vitality evaluation refers to the comprehensive evaluation of the ability and level of natural environment,resource en-dowment,grassroots organizations,economic society,history and culture in the rural system,and scientifically and systematically eval-uates the vitality of rural development and its systematic coordination,which not only helps to accurately identify the shortcomings and advantages of rural development,but also provides strong support for the formulation of targeted policies and measures.Based on this background,this paper takes Xiangtan County,Hunan Province as an example,and comprehensively evaluates and analyzes the devel-opment vitality of rural areas in Xiangtan County by constructing the rural vitality index system of Xiangtan County.The results show that the rural vitality of Xiangtan County presents the distribution characteristics of"high in the north and south and low in the mid-dle",and the main influencing factors of the vitality are industrial development,population attraction and facility support.
