Exploration on Information-based Teaching Practice of"Instrumental Analysis"in Food Specialty of Higher Vocational Education
This paper,exploring the use of information-based teaching resources to construct teaching scenarios and solve the practical training difficulties of the instrumental analysis course for food-related majors in higher vocational colleges.The practical results show that through the construction and application of information resources,the teaching effect of the course can be effectively improved,the habit of students'autonomous learning can be cultivated,the ability of students'professional basic positions can be consolidated,and the ability of students to operate skills,find problems and solve problems can be improved.
