Practical Exploration of the Implementation of the Course"Mental Health Education"in the Context of New Engineering
Psychological health education can help students better understand their inner world,enhance their ability to manage emo-tions,enhance self-confidence,and cultivate a positive mindset.This is of great significance for improving students'overall quality and future career development.The article analyzes the new requirements for mental health education in universities under the background of new engineering disciplines,and analyzes the main problems that exist in the current implementation of the"Mental Health Education"course in universities,including unreasonable curriculum design,single teaching methods,and insufficient construction of teaching staff.On this basis,specific strategic suggestions were proposed from the aspects of improving the construction of mental health educa-tion curriculum textbooks,innovating classroom teaching methods,and strengthening the construction of professional teaching staff.
