黑木相思生长性状变异分析及优良家系早期选择

本文以福建省罗溪国有林场 47 个黑木相思家系为材料,对其生长性状进行变异分析,各性状的变异系数变幅为19.38%~87.39%,分枝数的变异系数最大,树高变异系数最小.47 个家系间变异丰富.由方差分析可知,枝下高、分枝数和树干通直度均具有极显著差异(p<0.001).初步得出,3 号、15 号、22 号、39 号、40 号、46 号适应性较强,6 号、9 号、11 号干型表现最好.研究结果为下一步开展黑木相思在福建省优良家系的推广奠定基础.
In this paper,47 Acacia melanoxylon R.Br.families in Luoxi Stateowned Forest Farm in Fujian Province were used as ma-terials to analyze the variation of their growth traits.The variation coefficient of each trait were19.38%-87.39%.The coefficient of vari-ation of the number of branches was the largest,and the coefficient of variation of tree height was the smallest.47 inter-family lines were rich in variation.From variance analysis,there were significant differences in sub-branch height,number of branches and trunk straight-ness(p<0.001).It was preliminarily concluded that No.3,No.15,No.22,No.39,No.40 and No.46 had strong adaptability,and No.6,No.9 and No.11 dry type performed best.The research results lay a foundation for the promotion of Acacia melanoxylon R.Br.in Fujian Province.
