摘要
为了分析不同管理措施对花椒幼苗的影响.在云南省昆明市选择某花椒试验基地,依据不同管理措施设置四个处理,Z1(自然生长,不进行人工抚育处理)、Z2(整地+栽植管理)、Z3(整地+栽植管理+施肥)、Z4(整地+栽植管理+施肥+病虫害防治),分析不同处理后花椒幼苗生长情况及对花椒生理特性的影响.结果得知不同措施进行花椒管理,花椒幼苗生长存在差异(P<0.05),Z1 和Z2 的地径无明显差异,Z2 和Z3 的苗高无明显差异(P>0.05),Z4 的地径和苗高指标优于其他处理,地径和苗高是Z1 处理的1.86 倍和1.41 倍;Z4 处理的叶干重、茎干重、根干重、生物量均高于其他处理(P<0.05),整体排序是Z4>Z3>Z2>Z1;Z4 处理超氧化物歧化酶指标、过氧化物酶指标、过氧化氢酶指标和多酚氧化酶高于其他处理.因此证明不同管理措施对花椒幼苗影响不同,整地+栽植管理+施肥+病虫害防治的综合管理措施,可促进花椒幼苗生长,改善花椒生理特性,从而实现花椒栽培高产的目标.
Abstract
To analyze the effects of different management measures on Sichuan pepper seedlings.Select a Sichuan pepper experimental base in Kunming,Yunnan Province,and set up four treatments based on different management measures:Z1(natural growth,no arti-ficial nurturing treatment),Z2(land preparation+planting management),Z3(land preparation+planting management+fertilization),and Z4(land preparation+planting management+fertilization+pest control).Analyze the growth of Sichuan pepper seedlings and their impact on the physiological characteristics of Sichuan pepper after different treatments.The results showed that different measures of Si-chuan pepper management resulted in differences in the growth of Sichuan pepper seedlings(P<0.05).There was no significant differ-ence in the diameter of Z1 and Z2,and there was no significant difference in the height of Z2 and Z3 seedlings(P>0.05).Z4 had better diameter and height indicators than other treatments,with a diameter and height 1.86 and 1.41 times higher than those of Z1 treatment;The leaf dry weight,stem dry weight,root dry weight,and biomass of Z4 treatment were higher than those of other treat-ments(P<0.05),and the overall ranking was Z4>Z3>Z2>Z1;The indicators of superoxide dismutase,peroxidase,catalase,and polyphenol oxidase in Z4 treatment were higher than those in other treatments.Therefore,it is proven that different management meas-ures have different effects on Sichuan pepper seedlings.The comprehensive management measures of soil preparation,planting manage-ment,fertilization,and pest control can promote the growth of Sichuan pepper seedlings,improve their physiological characteristics,and achieve the goal of high yield in Sichuan pepper cultivation.
