中药四块瓦的繁殖技术研究

摘要
通过对中药四块瓦(宽叶金粟兰Chloranthus henryi Hemsl.)种子繁殖、分株繁殖和埋茎繁殖三种方法进行比较研究,以筛选出其最佳繁殖方法.结果表明,埋茎繁殖在繁殖系数、成活率和生长周期等方面表现最佳,是四块瓦人工栽培的首选方法.本研究为四块瓦的人工栽培提供了科学依据,对于保护和利用中药资源具有重要意义.
Abstract
This study aims to explore the reproductive techniques of traditional Chinese medicine Sikuaiwa,and compare them through three methods:seed propagation,ramet propagation,and stem burial propagation.The results showed that buried stem propagation performed the best in terms of reproductive coefficient,survival rate,and growth cycle,making it the preferred method for artificial cultivation of four tile.This study provides a scientific basis for the artificial cultivation of four tiles,which is of great significance for the protection and utilization of traditional Chinese medicine resources.
