摘要
如何守好发展和生态两条底线,助推黔东南州经济社会高质量发展,是如今新形势新任务下的研究热点.结合对黔东南州建设项目使用林地审核审批工作中出现的实际问题,进行探讨研究并提出相应的对策及建议,希望能以点及面为推动建设项目使用林地更高效地审核审批提供借鉴与启示.
Abstract
How to maintain the two bottom lines of development and ecology,and promote high-quality economic and social develop-ment in Qiandongnan Prefecture,is a research hotspot under the new situation and tasks.Based on the practical problems encountered in the review and approval of forest land use in construction projects in Qiandongnan Prefecture,this study explores and proposes corre-sponding countermeasures and suggestions,hoping to provide reference and inspiration for promoting more efficient review and approval of forest land use in construction projects from a point to surface perspective.
