在不动产管理中确保土地和房屋的权属清晰、准确是至关重要的,而房产测绘作为一种重要的技术手段,在不动产管理中发挥着重要作用.该文通过对房产测绘技术原理和方法以及印江县农村不动产管理的背景和特点的探讨提出了其在印江县农村不动产管理中的推广与应用策略,以期为印江县及其他类似地区的不动产管理工作提供一定的参考和借鉴.
Abstract
Ensuring clear and accurate ownership of land and houses is crucial in real estate management,and property surveying and mapping,as an important technical means,plays an important role in real estate management.The article explores the principles and methods of real estate surveying and mapping technology,as well as the background and characteristics of rural real estate management in Yinjiang County.It proposes its promotion and application strategies in rural real estate management in Yinjiang County,in order to provide certain reference and inspiration for real estate management work in Yinjiang County and other similar areas.
