Research on the Teaching Reform of Mental Health Education Courses in Colleges and Universities Based on Forest Healing——Taking Xinjiang Institute of Technology as an Example
Although traditional mental health education courses provide students with rich theoretical knowledge,there are shortcomings in practical application and emotional experience.Forest healing,as a new psychological intervention method,provides a new perspec-tive for the reform and innovation of mental health education courses in colleges and universities.Taking Xinjiang Institute of Technolo-gy as an example,this article introduces the current situation and problems of mental health education courses,and then discusses in detail the reform measures of mental health education courses based on forest healing from the aspects of innovative curriculum design concepts,integrating forest healing elements into the curriculum content,innovative teaching methods and means,and innovative as-sessment and evaluation systems.
