摘要
档案数字化是档案管理变革的关键,它深刻改变了档案信息的运用和服务模式.通过数字化,档案的内容与物质载体实现了有效分离,使档案信息能够跨越时空的局限,极大拓宽了其应用范围.这一变革不仅突破了档案管理机构过去对纸质档案的传统管理方式,而且推动了档案管理从实体管理向内容管理的转型,进一步提升了档案服务的效率与品质.但档案数字化管理上也出现了某些问题,文章针对当下档案数字化管理的现状,提出了一些针对性强的建议,使数字化档案能够充分发挥作用,更好地实现档案信息化建设.
Abstract
Digitalization of archives is the key to the transformation of archive management,which profoundly changes the application and service mode of archive information.Through digitization,the content and material carriers of archives have been effectively sepa-rated,enabling archive information to transcend the limitations of time and space,greatly expanding its application scope.This trans-formation not only breaks through the traditional management method of paper-based archives by archive management institutions in the past,but also promotes the transformation of archive management from physical management to content management,further improving the efficiency and quality of archive services.However,there have also been some problems in the digital management of archives.This article proposes some targeted suggestions based on the current situation of digital management of archives,so that digital archives can fully play their role and better achieve the informatization construction of archives.
