球孢白僵菌Bb-Gq对苹掌舟蛾的致病性测定及应用研究

本研究利用分离自松果梢斑螟幼虫的球孢白僵菌Bb-Gq菌株,采用喷施法对苹掌舟蛾的致病性以及田间防治效果进行测定.结果表明:球孢白僵菌Bb-Gq菌株对苹掌舟蛾有较强的致病性,第 1 d时,各浓度累积校正死亡率的差异性均不显著,随接种时间的延长显著性逐渐提高,第 7 d时,孢悬液浓度为 1×108、1×107 孢子/mL与 1×104、1×105、1×106 孢子/mL累积校正死亡率的差异性显著.随接种时间的延长,Bb-Gq菌株对苹掌舟蛾 3~7 d的致死中浓度(LC50)分别为 2.51×1012、7.25×107、2.43×105、5.17×103 和 2.32×103 孢子/mL,1×104~1×108 孢子/mL浓度范围内的致死中时间(LT50)分别为 5.62、4.93、4.63、4.16 和 3.97 d.田间防治实验结果表明:施药 7 d后,平均虫口密度为 5.0 头/枝,施药 14 d后,平均虫口密度为0 头/枝,虫口平均减退率达到 100%.
Study on the Pathogenicity of Beauveria Bassiana Bb-Gq Against Phalera Flavescens and its Application
In this study,the pathogenicity and field application effect of the P.flavescens from the Beauveria bassiana strain Bb-Gq was isolated from the larva of the Dioryctria pryeri.The study showed that B.bassiana Bb-Gq strain had strong pathogenicity to P.fla-vescens,and the pathogenicity gradually increased with the increase of spore suspension concentration.On the 1st day,the difference of the cumulative corrected mortality of each concentration was not significant,and the significance gradually increased with the prolonga-tion of the inoculation time.On the 7th day,the concentration of the spore suspension was The differences in cumulative corrected mor-tality of×104,1×105,and 1×106 spores/mL were significant.With the prolongation of the inoculation time,the lethal concentra-tion(LC50)of the Bb-Gq strain to P.×103 spores/mL,the median time to lethality(LT50)of Bb-Gq strains against P.flavescens decreased with the increase of the concentration of spore suspension,and the LT50 in the concentration range of 1×104~1×108 spores/mL were 5.62,4.93,4.63,4.16 and 3.97 d,respectively.The results of field control experiments showed that:B.bassiana Bb-Gq strain had a good field pest control effect on P.flavescens,the average insect population density is 0 head/branch,and the average in-sect population decline rate reaches 100%.
