Study on the Pathogenicity of Beauveria Bassiana Bb-Gq Against Phalera Flavescens and its Application
In this study, the pathogenicity and field application effect of the P.flavescens from the Beauveria bassiana strain Bb-Gq was isolated from the larva of the Dioryctria pryeri. The study showed that B.bassiana Bb-Gq strain had strong pathogenicity to P.fla-vescens,and the pathogenicity gradually increased with the increase of spore suspension concentration. On the 1st day,the difference of the cumulative corrected mortality of each concentration was not significant, and the significance gradually increased with the prolonga-tion of the inoculation time.On the 7th day,the concentration of the spore suspension was The differences in cumulative corrected mor-tality of×104,1×105,and 1×106 spores/mL were significant. With the prolongation of the inoculation time, the lethal concentra-tion(LC50)of the Bb-Gq strain to P.×103 spores/mL,the median time to lethality(LT50)of Bb-Gq strains against P.flavescens decreased with the increase of the concentration of spore suspension, and the LT50 in the concentration range of 1×104~1×108 spores/mL were 5.62,4.93,4.63,4.16 and 3.97 d,respectively. The results of field control experiments showed that:B.bassiana Bb-Gq strain had a good field pest control effect on P.flavescens, the average insect population density is 0 head/branch,and the average in-sect population decline rate reaches 100%.
