Analysis of the Influence of Quercetin Spraying on the Development of Crops under National Reserve Forest in Huishui County
This study aims to analyze the impact of spraying quercetin on the development of under-forest crops in the Guochu Forest of Huishui County, providing a reference for the further development of the Guochu Forest and under-forest economy in Huishui County. The study was conducted at the demonstration base of the Guochu Forest project in Huishui County, where quercetin was sprayed on under-forest crops to analyze the impact of spraying quercetin on the growth of under-forest Radix Isatidis and under-forest Morchella crops. The results confirmed that spraying quercetin can promote the growth of Radix Isatidis crops under the Guochu Forest, with the height of Radix Isatidis plants in the Z3 treatment increasing by 10.27%compared to the CK treatment, and the number of branches increasing by 25%compared to the CK treatment. The total number of leaves in the Radix Isatidis crops under the Z1,Z2,and Z3 treatments showed an increasing trend compared to the CK treatment. The order of amino acids, proteins, crude polysaccharides, and fats for each treatment was T2>T3>T1>CK.The DPPH free radical scavenging rate,ABTS free radical scavenging rate, and hydroxyl radical scavenging rate of the T2 treatment were higher than those of other treatments.Overall, the antioxidant capacity of the Morchella crops under the T2 treatment was stronger. Therefore,it was concluded that spraying quercetin had varying degrees of impact on the de-velopment of under-forest crops under the Guochu Forest in Huishui County.Spraying 900 μmol/L quercetin promoted the growth of Radix Isatidis crops, and spraying 600 μmol/L quercetin promoted the growth of Morchella crops. The specific spraying dose needs to be reasonably selected based on the type of crops planted under the forest.
