不同育苗基质对楠木容器苗的影响及育苗新技术推广

分析不同育苗基质对楠木容器苗的影响,结合育苗现状对育苗新技术进行应用并推广,旨在促进楠木幼苗生长.该研究在福建省明溪县沙溪乡楠木种植基地开展试验,根据不同黄心土、泥炭土、珍珠岩和蛭石育苗基质设置不同处理,分别是Z1、Z2、Z3 和Z4,系统研究不同育苗基质对苗木培育效果的影响,从而确定最佳育苗基质构成比.研究证实,Z1 处理的平均苗高、平均地径、主根长和生物量均优于其他处理;Z1 处理的叶面积最大,叶绿素指标最高,脯氨酸指标最低,有助于楠木幼苗的生长可抗逆性的提升.Z1处理的相对含水量和孔隙度高于其他处理,排序为Z1>Z2>Z3>Z4,Z1 处理下的林下土壤理化性质更优,孔隙度和含水量均达到理想的状态.由此可知,Z1处理的黄心土、泥炭土、珍珠岩和蛭石3∶2∶2∶2的混合配方下的育苗基质可促进楠木幼苗的生长,有利于抗逆性的提升,因此建议在楠木生长中应用黄心土、泥炭土、珍珠岩和蛭石 3∶2∶2∶2 育苗基质,以提升楠木容器苗质量,促进苗木生长.
Application and Promotion Strategy of New Technology of Nanmu Seedling Raising
To analyze the influence of different seedling substrates on container seedling,and to apply and popularize the new seedling raising technology in combination with the current situation of seedling raising,aiming at promoting the growth of nanmu seedling.This study was carried out in the nanmu planting base of Shaxi Township,Mingxi County,Fujian Province.According to the different treat-ment of different seedling cultivation substrates,namely Z1,Z2,Z3 and Z4,the influence of different seedling cultivation substrates on the seedling cultivation effect was systematically studied,so as to determine the optimal composition ratio of seedling cultivation sub-strate.The results showed that the average seedling height,average ground diameter,taproot length and biomass of Z1 treatment were better than those of other treatments.Z1 treatment had the largest leaf area,the highest chlorophyll index and the lowest proline index,which was helpful to improve the growth resistance of Nanmu seedlings.The relative water content and porosity of Z1 treatment were higher than those of other treatments,and the order was Z1>Z2>Z3>Z4.The physical and chemical properties of the understory soil under Z1 treatment were better,and both the porosity and water content reached the ideal state.It can be seen that the seedling substrate with the mixed formula of xanthoxene soil,peat soil,perlite and vermiculite 3∶2∶2∶2 treated by Z1 can promote the growth of nanmu seedlings and is conducive to the improvement of stress resistance.Therefore,it is suggested to apply Xanthoxene soil,peat soil,perlite and vermiculite 3∶2∶2∶2 seedling substrate in nanmu growth to improve the quality of nanmu container seed-lings and promote the growth of nanmu seedlings.
