福州森林龄组结构不合理问题的改进对策

为解决福州市森林龄组结构不合理的问题,本文使用了现状调查法研究了福州市森林龄组结构的基本情况,调查了2023 年福州幼龄林、中龄林、近熟林、成熟林与过熟林的森林蓄积量单位面积变化情况,结果表明当前福州幼龄林蓄积量较低,福州森林资源存在林分质量较差、各龄组比例分布不均衡等问题.为解决这些问题,本文认为应加强林分质量,评估林分质量监测与生态功能,森林经营精细化管理,强化生态系统服务功能,有效调控森林资源;应促进各龄组比例分布均衡,应用林分生长动态模型优化轮伐周期,采用空间显式的景观级模拟工具,实施精密林业遥感技术,优化林木遗传资源管理;应完善生态补偿,建立基于生态服务价值评估的动态补偿模型,利用遥感技术和地理信息系统(GIS)进行森林资源及其生态服务的空间分布监测,开发基于区块链技术的可追溯生态补偿交易平台,定期进行生态补偿政策的绩效评估,以此促进福州森林龄组结构不合理的问题的改善与解决.
Improvement Strategies for the Unreasonable Age Group Structure of Fuzhou Forests
In order to solve the problem of unreasonable forest age group structure in Fuzhou City,this article used the current situation survey method to study the basic situation of forest age group structure in Fuzhou City,and investigated the young forests,middle-aged forests,near-mature forests,and mature forests in Fuzhou in 2023.Changes in forest stock volume per unit area of mature forests and over-mature forests.The results show that the current stock volume of young forests in Fuzhou is low,and Fuzhou's forest resources have problems such as poor stand quality and uneven proportions of each age group.In order to solve these problems,this article be-lieves that forest stand quality should be strengthened,forest quality monitoring and ecological functions should be assessed,forest management should be refined,ecosystem service functions should be strengthened,and forest resources should be effectively regula-ted;the proportional distribution of each age group should be promoted to be balanced,and forest management should be applied.The dynamic model of branch growth optimizes the rotation cycle,uses spatially explicit landscape-level simulation tools,implements preci-sion forestry remote sensing technology,and optimizes the management of forest genetic resources;ecological compensation should be improved,a dynamic compensation model based on ecological service value assessment should be established,and remote sensing tech-nology should be used and geographical information systems(GIS)to monitor the spatial distribution of forest resources and their eco-logical services,develop a traceable ecological compensation trading platform based on blockchain technology,and conduct regular per-formance evaluations of ecological compensation policies to promote the forest age group structure in Fuzhou Improvement and resolution of unreasonable problems.
