Tissue Culture and Breeding Techniques of Excellent Clones such as Phoebe Armeniaca,Schima Superba,and Huanghua Campanula
The research on tissue culture and breeding techniques of excellent clones such as Phoebe armeniaca,Schima superba,and Huanghua Fengling wood was carried out using experimental analysis,comparative analysis,and literature collection methods.The cor-responding analysis was conducted from seedling treatment,adventitious bud culture,rooting culture,and transplant management,ef-fectively promoting the development of tissue culture and breeding techniques of excellent clones such as Phoebe armeniaca,Schima su-perba,and Huanghua Fengling wood.A summary was made on Phoebe armeniaca,Schima superba,and Huanghua Fengling wood The application effect of tissue culture and breeding techniques for excellent clones such as Huanghua Fengling wood provides a reference basis for the subsequent cultivation of excellent clones such as Huonan,Schima superba,and Huanghua Fengling wood,in order to im-prove the breeding quality of excellent clone groups such as Huonan,Schima superba,and Huanghua Fengling wood.
