Application Status and Development Suggestions of Multi-source Remote Sensing Data in Forest Resource Monitoring
Forest resource monitoring is an important basis for ecological environment protection and sustainable development. On the basis of analyzing the application status and challenges of multi-source data, the author puts forward strategic suggestions to improve the monitoring capability of multi-source remote sensing forest from the aspects of strengthening data consistency processing, improving the adaptability of complex forest areas and optimizing the timing of data acquisition. This paper holds that there is room for improve-ment in the consistency and compatibility of multi-source data, the adaptability of remote sensing technology in complex forest areas, and the seasonality of remote sensing data acquisition. Some suggestions are proposed to improve the processing technology to strength-en the consistency of multi-source data, improve the application ability of remote sensing technology in diversified forest areas,opti-mize the data collection time, and reduce the impact of seasonal changes. The conclusion is drawn that the information potential of multi-source remote sensing data and the three-dimensional forest monitoring network integrating sky-air-earth can provide more accu-rate,dynamic and comprehensive information for forest resource management.
